The Office of the Pacific Games is soliciting Expressions of Interests (“EOI”) from interested parties who wish to offer their vehicle(s) for hire for the Games. The types of vehicles required are:
More than one vehicle can be submitted by a registered owner, however, a separate application form will need to be completed for each vehicle and applicable driver. The bidders shall complete the applicable Application Form:

As part of Samoa’s commitment to hosting the Games, it will be constructing a flame cauldron to reflect the Game’s motto of ‘One in Spirit’.
To enable the completion of the flame cauldron, the Pacific Games Office (“PGO”) invites all eligible Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) and Natural Gas providers to submit proposals for the Supply and Installation of the Gas Conveyance System to service the Flame Cauldron for the duration of the Games for twenty four (24) hours from the 7th July to the 20th July 2019.
Expression of Interest must be delivered to the address below at or before 4.00pm, Friday 14th June 2019. Electronic tendering is not permitted. Late Expression of Interests will be rejected.

The Office of the Pacific Games is soliciting applications from interested parties who wish to purchase a licence to use the Official Samoa 2019 Pacific Games Logo to produce souvenir merchandise memorabilia for the following categories:
All applicants should complete the Application Form and send through to [email protected] before the closing date, 5pm, 30 June 2019.
A limited number of Merchandise Licences are available for purchase. All Licences will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Public is hereby notified that the use of the Official Samoa 2019 Pacific Games trademark on any good or service without the prior authorisation of the Pacific Games Office is prohibited. Any unauthorised use shall be dealt with accordingly under the relevant law.
